Our guests are placed in a newly furnished apartment, three minutes away from the National Palace of Culture. There are all the necessary appliances for a short or a long stay. What does the apartment offer?
- an iron metal door with a safe lock.

- air-condition in the bedroom and the study
- a living room with a kitchen corner. There is a cooker, a coffee-maker, a microwave oven, a frigde and a freezer (to cool easily and quickly your drinks), a small dish-washer, a toaster, a set of dishes and all other things necessery to you to stay there for a day or a month.
There is a TV set (a cable TV with about 60 channels) and cassette and CD player.
- a small bathroom near to the living room and the study with a shower cabin, a bidet, a small sink.
- a study - a place where you can do all your business work (if you have such), soft leather furniture, a desk and an air conditioner.
There is a free internet ADSL connection + WiFi in the apartment but if you don't have a portable computer, you can use our computer in the office. There is a TV set too so you can watch TV while you are working!!!
The study is constructed in such a way that it can easily be converted into a second bedroom so that if you invite another person, there he/her could have his/her own bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is situated behind the National Palace of Culture, in the main shopping area of the centre of Sofia - Vitosha blvd. It is fully renovated, with new furniture. You can find there all the necessery appliances for a short or long stay.The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The apartment is on the fifth floor but there is a lift in the building. It consists of a living-room, a bedroom and a kitchen. There is a balcony which looks towards the National Palace of Culture - NDK abbreviation in Bulgarian. There is a study corner where you can do all your business work. There is a free ADSL Internet connection.The sofas in the room could be expanded in order to accommodate 2 guests more, so the maximum capacity of the apartment is for four guests. The linen is changed every three days of your stay.The modest bathroom offers a toilet, a sink and a shower.

It's a small but very convenient apartment, situated on Skobelev blvd. just several minutes away from the National Palace of Culture. The living room and the bedroom are separated by a glass door. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a single bed, so the capacity of the apartment is up to three guests. There is a TV set both in the living room and the bedroom. Kylie apartment is a small, but cozy, modernly furnished apartment, situated on 13 Hristo Botev blvd., in the centre of Sofia. It consists of a marvelously furnished bedroom, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a bathroom. The only shortcoming of the apartment is that it's on the 5th floor above the ground floor and unfortunately there isn't a lift. The apartment is perfect for guests coming to Sofia on business trips.
